Questions
A little more about working together.
The details depend on the engagement, but these are useful starting points.
Who is Loomiq for?
The advisory focus is private equity investment teams, operating partners and portfolio company leaders who are deciding where and how to use AI, or how to oversee systems already in use.
Can we start with one company or workflow?
Yes. A focused assessment or pilot can be scoped around one company, process or decision. Portfolio-wide work should build on an understanding of the companies involved.
Does the work include implementation?
Implementation can be part of the scope, alongside evaluation, operating documentation and handoff. The exact stack, integrations and responsibilities are agreed before the build begins.
How are fees and timelines set?
After an initial conversation, the proposal sets out the deliverables, dependencies, timing and fees. An assessment, implementation project and ongoing advisory engagement have different requirements.
Do we need to choose an AI platform first?
No. The assessment can begin with the business process and existing systems, then consider options against the use case, data-handling requirements and operating constraints.
How will success be assessed?
Define a baseline and evaluation criteria appropriate to the workflow before a pilot. Review observed results together with costs, exceptions and limitations before deciding whether to expand.
How is confidential information handled?
Agree confidentiality, access, data flows, providers and retention requirements before sensitive materials are shared or systems are connected. Start the initial conversation with high-level context.
Are the trust frameworks a certification?
No. Trust Infrastructure, Agent Receipts and the Trust Ladder are Loomiq’s working methods for discussing and designing accountability. They do not certify security, regulatory compliance or system safety.
